Shipping
All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched via Royal Mail and Dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned. Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll take care of it.
